Fundraising Guidelines
- All groups must be referred to the Personnel Director. The Personnel Director will be responsible for organizing the project in conjunction with the contact person for the group.
- In order to avoid the miscalculation of hours, both the Personnel Director and the contact person will calculate all hours worked by the group.
- When working for an extended number of days, groups must complete required department training before the start of work.
- All hours accumulated will be compensated with the first year Team Member hourly rate.
- All members of the fundraising group are expected to comply with all park policies including but not limited to safety, guest service, and proper cash handling procedures (See the information sheet provided). Any conduct contrary to park policies will jeopardize the group’s ability to participate in any further fundraising activities at Idlewild & SoakZone.
- Prior to working, all group members must be approved by the Personnel Director.
- Idlewild & SoakZone reserves the right to cancel up to 24 hours prior to the date of the arranged fundraiser.
- No children who are not working will be permitted to remain in the park without purchasing a Funday Pass.
- The recruitment bonus is not payable in conjunction with any fundraising projects. Therefore, no Team Member whose group is participating in the fundraising project is eligible to earn recruitment bonus money for any individual or group.
- All group members participating in the fundraiser must be at least 14 years of age.
