Drink it up!
To better serve your group, our "All-You-Can-Drink" Beverage Bar will be available for your guests one hour before your meal and are continued for one hour after your meal.
Beverages include: Pepsi Cola, Diet Pepsi, Mountain Dew, Pink Lemonade, Brisk Pre-Sweetened Ice Tea, Caffeine Free Sierra Mist, Ice Water. Not all beverage selections available at all pavilions.
Menu Builders and Specialty Bars may be added to a menu, but may not be substituted for items on the menu. So that you don’t disappoint your guests, we recommend any additions remain consistent with the size of your group. Prices are listed per person unless stated otherwise.

- All meals are served buffet style and include “All-You-Can-Eat” and “All-You-Can-Drink” service. The length of service is determined by the size of your group
- Catering service is provided only through Idlewild’s catering department. No outside caterers or any food and/or beverages may be brought into the Park by organizations. However, you are welcome to bring your own family picnic basket.
- A minimum of 50 meals must be ordered.
- All prices are subject to Pennsylvania 6% sales tax. A 15% service charge will be added to your catered meal (service charge does not apply to a la carte items).
- A la carte items will be billed to you based on usages. If you would like Idlewild to serve any a la carte items, a fee of $9.00 per hour per attendant will be added to your bill.
- Please confirm the GUARANTEED number of guests we are to serve at least FIVE DAYS in advance of your outing. This number may be raised, but not lowered. All charges will be based upon the guarantee, or the actual number of persons served, if greater than the guarantee.
- Sorry, No Rain Checks! Groups that cancel after the five-day period will be billed for 10% less their guarantee. Note: in the event of a rain out, leftover food can be picked up at the Stratwood catering facility within 48 hours; otherwise it will be donated to the Three Rivers Food Bank on your behalf.
- Due to the Department of Agriculture Regulation 46.384-441, we are not permitted to leave leftover food after the catered meal is complete.

Always a group favorite! Idlewild Fun Money is good for purchases at all food, beverage, merchandise and non-coin operated game locations. Fun Money is sold in strips of $1.00, a 10% discount is granted on purchases over $100.00
