WHAT ABOUT FOOD?
Can my group bring our own food into the park?
Family picnic baskets / coolers / and grills are permitted in the park picnic groves. All pavilion locations have power, however in some locations it is very limited. Please do not overload circuits by using several crock pots, roasters, etc. Grilling is permitted outside of picnic pavilions only. Outside caterers are not permitted, but if your group is interested in catered meal we can offer a delicious picnic meal at your pavilion location at the time of your choice. How do we save more with Idlewild Fun Money?
Idlewild Fun Money may be purchased in advance through the Group Sales office. It is sold in strips valued at $1, and a 10% discount is granted on all purchases over $100. Fun Money may be used for in-park food, beverages, merchandise and games. (Fun Money cannot be applied toward group payments on tickets or catered meals).
Are there other alternatives to Catering?
Yes! If you don't want to plan your day around a scheduled meal, give your group the option of eating what they want, when they want, with these convenient "Easy Eats" options.
- MEAL VOUCHERS Available to groups of 15 - 50 for $6.99 per person (plus 6% PST). Our Meal Voucher option makes it easy for you to provide an affordable and delicious meal for your group. Meal Vouchers must be pre-ordered through the Group Sales Office and may be used for one of the following meals:
- Chicken Box Meal - 2 piece combo with your choice of (thigh & leg) or (breast & wing), plus (1) small side of potato wedges, cinnamon biscuit and 16 oz. Pepsi beverage or coffee. Available at The Back Porch Restaurant.
- Hot Off the Grill Meal - Choice of one, 1/4lb. Hamburger or Grilled Hot dog served with French Fries and a 16 oz. Pepsi beverage or coffee. Available at The Sandwich Factory
- Personal Pizza Meal - Choice of one, plain or pepperoni 8" personal pizza and 16 oz. beverage or coffee. Available at The Feed Box or Big Eddies' Pool Side Grill
- TAILGATE CHICKEN BOXES - Tailgate Chicken Boxes are a great way to feed your hungry bunch. Just pick it up from The Back Porch Restaurant or we'll deliver to your pavilion.Tailgate boxes must be pre-ordered through the Group Sales Office.
- 48 Piece Tailgate Box - $61.99 plus 6% PST (12 each: Breast, Thigh, Leg, Wing)
- 100 Piece Tailgate Box - $115.99* plus 6% PST (25 each: Breast, Thigh, Leg, Wing)

- Drink Wristbands - $6.00/person (plus 6% PST) Quench your thirst with the "All You Can Drink" wristband! Show your wristband and receive FREE REFILLS on 16 oz. Pepsi Beverages all day long. Wristband quantity must be greater or equal to the number of group admission tickets purchased.
- 32 oz. Souvenir Cup - $4.99/person (plus 6% PST) First fill & Refills $0.99. This souvenir picnic gift can be used all season long! Our 32 oz. Souvenir Cup is available at this discounted price to groups of 25 or more. Orders must be placed at least 2 weeks prior to your picnic date with the Group Sales Office.

ADVENTURE DAYS - May 21 & 22, 2013 - Preschool through 3rd Grade can explore Story Book Forest, Jumpin' Jungle, Raccoon Lagoon and Mister Rogers' Neighborhood of Make-Believe.

CHURCH WEEKEND - You're invited to join the fun at our annual Church Picnic Weekend, June 1 & 2, 2013. A church sponsored family picnic is a GREAT opportunity to enjoy a day of fellowship and provide tremendous savings on a day of Idlewild FUN. Our facilities provide a clean, safe, relaxed atmosphere and we have a reputation of being family focused and family priced. Church Picnic Weekend FunDay Passes are specially priced at just $18.50 per person! Your church members, families and friends will enjoy a savings of $17.49 per person.
